“Both Shamea and Kiana have been very reassuring and responsive to my issues and I am happy to share im going on 3 years now with this community I couldn't be happier or more comfortable with my living situation I appreciate the team and there hard efforts in making this an amazing breezy and enjoyable experience thank you ?”
“1) The staff is very helpful and will assist you with your needs. Like anyone else who lives there. They are just as busy as I am. Schedule an appointment or walk yourself over to the office. It isn’t far. They are always there and welcoming even in a Saturday.2) The maintenance is on point. Washing machine went out. They tried to fix it and replaced it within 24 hours. I found a small water leak under the sink. Fixed the following morning. Exceptional.3) The trash is an issue to be figured out by the staff. Tenants complain about the trash but don’t throw only trash; they throw their furniture as well- disgusting tenants. So it isn’t the place but the people that cause the mess.4) No issues with the mail. Amazon drops the package at your own door and the neighbors don’t touch it. Again, it’s the people and not the Apartment.”
