- There's a parking lot right in front, as well as additional parking available at the shopping mall.
- The interior is relatively small. There are 2 teller counters and approximately 2-3 private rooms. There's also a seating area with sofas in the main hall.

- The staff provides excellent service, welcoming customers, asking questions, and offering assistance.
- Everything inside is brand new and clean. It seems to have opened in early 2024.”
“Worst bank we dealt with ever!!! Never bank with them...If your account is clearly scammed they'll not refund your money or stop the scam even if it is 10 times for a single 24 hours!!”

“It's seems unlikely that people would take the time to add a positive review for a bank. So I thought I'd share my very positive experience. This location is busy! The front door gets a lot of action. Yet seemingly there is always a space in their smaller parking lot. Service here is fast and the staff seems at least educated in their policies and procedures. It feels good to walk in and accomplish what is needed and get on with my day!”

“I have a business account with PNC and whenever I have issues with my account I come to this location. Even though it can be frustrating, (as any issues with money are) the branch manager Nick and his staff are always extremely helpful and show genuine concern. I understand that there is a lot of red tape to jump through when it comes to handling account issues, but he always calmly explains what is going on, is extremely knowledgeable, and will always do whatever he can to rectify the situation.”
“I’m kind of shocked when I see all the bad reviews about this location, I have always had a great experience there, but in all fairness I don’t really use the drive up that often. I go through the drive-through ATM or I go inside. I used to go to Franconia all the time. Although their manager John is awesome, I found that location to be really slow and I never got messages returned. The Lorton location is much closer to my house and Adam is just so amazing and takes such good care of me. He’s patient with all my questions and helped me every time I’ve needed him to. With the issues at the Franconia location getting a call back from my banker I decided to switch over to the Lorton location and I’m so glad I did. I appreciate all that you have done to help me Adam.”
“Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. I'm sure that the negative reviews that have been posted were posted for good reason. I simply wanted to share a positive experience for the branch.....”
“5 stars to this branch and the management team. I had an issue that was not resolved at another Truist location. I came to this location and was helped by Sandra who cared for our concern and referred me to the Manager Antony Bonilla. He took urgency on our request and demonstrated care for our issue. He solved our issue and took care of everything immediately. Both demonstrated resolve and expertise I appreciate their help and hope they get recognized. Unfortunately not all branches have people of their caliber working at their bank.”
