“I truly need to give a shout out with the experience that I had at the Sprouts Market in Bel Air. From the meat department with their expertise and their kindness and their patience with me while trying to order salmon and crab cakes my only error is I did not receive their names to give them a shout out and make it be known how impressed I was with the conversation and their customer service. This professionalism carried all the way up to the register. When approaching the register I was greeted by a gentleman who I believe the name was Kahraun, and God knows I hope I spell it correctly. His customer service went above & beyond almost in the same league as me lol. But seriously I was truly impressed with his customer service he greeted me when I came to the counter I offered to bag my groceries and he informed me that he would do it for me but I tried to make it easier and help him out and he allowed me to. But knowing that he was going to go above and beyond and do everything for me was highly impressive. The short brief conversation that we interacted with was very professional and pleasent. When I first got to the location I was in the company of my brother, and all he kept saying to me when we were driving there was why didn't I go to the Sprouts on Boston Street, like we normally do, but after having the experience that I had at this location, I will definitely recommend to any of my friends that live in the Bel Air-- Fallston area to support this location, and reassuring them that this location is not only clean, but comes with a staff that upholds the reputation of professionalism an excellent customer service! Thank you staff at Bel Air for showing me and my brother awesome appreciation for supporting this location!!! Hats off to everyone there!!!!”

“Three reasons to buy groceries here: 1) Obliging staff that act like they appreciate your business. 2) Low prices, think Walmart or Grocery store discount shelf except you don't have to hunt for it and there's tons of food. 3) Instead of food going to waste, we're using it.”
“To me they have an awkward parking lot.It is a larger store and has quite a few items. Produce always looks good but as soon as I get at home, it always goes bad.I never buy that there.”

“This store is like a little walmart, they have just about anything you can think of just condensed to fit a much smaller square footage of land. The company did a good job getting good quality products for reasonable prices, especially considering the convenience. The store is a little understaffed, but who isn't these days. That being said, the store is stocked well, the staff are friendly, though the line can get to be a little long at times. They work with PayPal, by and Ibotta, so they are definitely worth a checkout.”
“This Shoprite is great. Lots of variety with good prices. However, I have noticed that shopping lately for produce has been a little difficult. Much of the produce seems overripe, bruised or wilted. But still my favorite Shoprite in the area.”
“Good availability and clean. Very nice staff and well laid out to easy to find stuff. The store brands seem to be good quality and the produce is very fresh. Parking lot could use some love but otherwise has ample room. Carts worked well and no complaints.”

“This is a great little Latino market that has a lot of authentic food items you typically can't find in grocery stores. The employees are friendly and speak Spanish as well as English. The prices are actually lower on lots of items than you would expect.”
“Love Walmart!!! This is a good store, they have stocked shelves and there are some very friendly employees that are there to help with anything, even if it isn't their job to do. All employees are generous and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable.”
