“Went in for a simple oil change. Made an appointment for 9:30am and was out by 10am. Mr. Young was kind and courteous, and it was amusing to hear him singing to the radio as he worked on the car. It was an overall refreshing experience to auto repair. I'll be back.”

Michael Levitas, basically a "Tom Brady"/"LeBron James" of Porsche tuning, customized it to my likely for a minimal charge. Although my purchase was minor, he (Tom and Harris too) treated me as though I was a high-volume customer. I am so glad I selected TPC, and smile constantly while driving my tuned Porsche!”

He answered every question and followed up everyday to ensure me he could get my car back on the road. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays but JR auto service does just that. I plan to return so he can work on my other cars and refer him to my friends and family.”
