I came in close to opening for a tire rotation, oil change, and filter change. I was out within an hour and a half. I loved that there was no pressuring or upsell - and they were kind enough to tell me something I should look towards fixing at my next oil change so I can be prepared.
What I really liked about this place was that they knew just about everyone coming in the door. I heard "how was your vacation" or "how is your husband doing", etc as people came in and out. You don't see that at really any other auto shop I've been to. You want someone to do good work on your car, which they did, but it tipped it over the edge that I felt like I could come back and be a part of a community with people who care beyond just your money. Go here!”

“I came in for a quick oil change during my lunch break. I wasn’t expecting this amazing level of customer service! I was checked in quickly and although I didn’t know much about what type of oil change the car needed with it being a recent used purchase, the techs walked me through the options. I chose to sit in my car and the jams were jamming and refreshments were brought to my car.
The team here has a really great synergy so although I can do oil changes myself, I’ll definitely be coming back!
Also, the inspection of the belts, hoses, and fluids gave me peace of mind with it being a recent used purchase. Two services were needed that I don’t feel like doing myself, so I’ll be back! I also got a coupon for a car wash! ???”
“Class act shop. I had an issue with an older Scion xB that no one wanted to deal with. From drop off to pick up these guys were amazing!!!! They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint at all. They were in constant contact, fixed the issue and the price was reasonable. They earned a customer for life!!!”

“I have been a customer of Albright back when they were commercial tire. My dad and I would bring our vehicles here. I moved to California, and 10 years ago moved back to MD. I had leased cars for the last 6 years but recently bought our lease and took our Q7 for new tires. I received other estimates that were double what Albright quoted. I got Goodyear Run Flats and they’re great!
Went back a few weeks later to get an estimate on my front brakes and a few days later the parts were in. Larry, Nick and Shane know their stuff, are honest, and have a great handle on peak business times.
There will be a line out the door when they open, but if you stop by mid morning there is less of a wait.
Worth the drive for me, for honest and reliable service!”

Stopped at Car Doc for a new vehicle inspection and as a result found a couple of issues (one was new to me and I knew about the other).
Car Doc took care of me, took care of my truck and was great to work with.

It was one of the first times the guys tried to use the ipad. There were some minor hiccups with the tablet but im sure in the future it will be fixed. Thanks again!”
