“Love this place !!! It's a bit tight, so it can be a bit difficult to navigate certain spots, but most of the games and cards and stuff is easy to get to! Super nice and friendly staff, I came in once looking kind of upset, and they made sure I was okay multiple times. Their prices are also decent, and they always have lots of pokemon and mtg cards!”

Its non-profit so the prices are truly thrift cheap.
They have a large amount of kids clothing and books. The adult and selection is decent too. Not much furniture, but the assorted odds and ends are fun and worth checking often.”
“Loving this new location. A lot bigger, and well lit. First time back in a while. The old location was hard to shop. Now I can finally see items! The staff are friendly as ever. One of the things I appreciate most about shopping at a ReStore is being able to browse, ask questions, and interact with staff naturally. There are a lot more customers than I remember, I can't imagine how you would keep up. The quality of items have definately gone up, which is a plus. It's amazing to shop here A lot of managers over the years. Still miss the oldies Matt, Bill, Todd and Phil, and that volunteer Danzi. Theyd always try and help me out and check if something was in stock. Or help me to my car, or just try ask me what brings me to the store today.”
“I’ve been coming to Laurel Thrift Shop since I was around 8 years old, so this place holds a lot of memories for me. My mom used to bring us all the time, and one of my favorite parts of this visit was seeing Johanna still there after all these years. She even rang me up, and we recognized each other right away. It made my day.
I’ve thrifted all over the world over the years, but Laurel has always been one of my favorites. Every time I’m back home in Maryland, this is one of my stops.
What I love most is that they’ve stayed true to what thrifting should be. The prices are fair, the selection is incredible, and you can still walk out feeling like you found a hidden gem instead of paying retail prices. The staff have always kept everything organized, and the sales are honestly some of the best around.
I’m visiting from Germany, so it was bittersweet to hear the shop is closing and reopening under new ownership. I really hope they keep what has made this place so special for so many years.

“always come here having a blast to look for a cool items and stuff. They have cool gold stuff and cool clothing stuff and just cool everything stuff. The parking can be a little bit tight when it gets really busy yeah overall it’s just a great store and I actually came here like last week and it was nice and the interior is a little bit small but it’s also big at times and it’s just like they have a lot of stuff here for people who are looking to buy stuff and it’s good like cheap stuff and you can also like bring stuff here and they can sell it for you and stuff but it’s like donating it kind of not like actually like you will actually make money you’ll just like donate it for people and stuff and Larry. The owner is always really nice and stuff and yeah it’s just like so there’s like good parking and stuff and then they have lots of items and stuff too”

“Thrift prices, just like everything else, has inflated. You know, some things are a great deal, some things are not. I'm not a flipper and I kind of feel like the flipper industry has artificially inflated some of the pricing, but all in all, this is one of my favorite thrift stores.”

“Came by here last night and they had such a large selection of items in great condition. We were able to get some great finds and I honestly wish that I had more money for some of the other clothing I saw. I will 100% be coming back when I have some more money. The staff working last night were also very nice.”
“I have used Pickup Please for a number of pick ups, both at my house and those locations for my clients. Vast majority are seamless and wonderful. A couple time they have not taken everything I put out which is disappointing but I love using the service, knowing the items are going to places that can use them and the convenience of pick up from my doorstep is unbeatable.”

“***Edit*** the manager has left or been fired. Ever since she left the store’s staff and customer service has gone way up. It’s alway a hit or miss that you will find something like with any thrift store, but the atmosphere is 100% better.
The reason I’m giving this place a 1 star is because of the store manager. She is very disrespectful and has an extremely bad and rude attitude. Other than that the store has very good items and the prices are very good. This manager needs to be fired or have some training on how to treat customers.”
“I absolutely love this goodwill! They always have the best clothing and the prices are so much better than other goodwill prices. I have been going here for years and it never disappoints. I don’t think I will ever stop coming here. It’s never busy and the works are so sweet. This location is also HUGE so you’re not missing out. Love it. Grail”
“This is a nice Goodwill store with courteous staff and plenty of parking. They're next to a Staples store and across from a Chick-fil-A restaurant. They accept donations (see picture 📸). They have a good assortment of used clothing for sale and some furniture. Seniors get a 30% discount on Wednesdays on donated items. Also, they have a rewards program that is worth doing if you shop often at Goodwill stores. When I'm visiting the Staples store, I make sure I visit this store too. You never know what bargain you'll find here. Happy 😊 Shopping 🛍!”
