“I know they have different deli items that other stores I been to don't have which is nice very busy store sometimes will take 10-15 minutes to find parking basically wait till someone is ready to leave to get a spot”
“Cheap reliable gas. The lines are long but there's four lines and 12 pumps. As long as people realize there's others waiting the lines move quickly. I took off a star because I think the layout was poorly designed over all.”

“I go to Sam's Club mostly for meats, Salmon, and grilling/BBQ spices. We don't need all the bulk food products but a whole pork loin (pork chops), a whole Beef tenderloin (steaks) or ribeye's twice as big as the grocery store can all be found here at prices lower than the grocery store. This Sam's Club is well lit, always clean (my POV), and when I've had to engage an employee they were friendly, polite, and helpful. I do like when I visit and the bakery is in full swing. The smells of sweetness carry's across the warehouse. Yes, there is a yearly fee for use of Sam's Club. But I've found the savings on meat across the year paid for the membership.”
“Someone needs to know that they've made some changes to the store layout, primarily freezer section is now a walk in closet. But, Oxtails are 6.99 a lb!!! And that's a steal. And, the Bronzino three pack, has recently made an appearance at this Sam's. If you know, you know! File this under hat tip.”
“I had a horrible experience with a employee there..I made a complaint and the next time I went in I saw the same lady and was dreading the experience . Management must have taken what I said to heart because this time the lady's personality was completely different.”
“Sam's Club is the best and most honest and most updated warehouse store with the greatest quality especially their own brand Members Market which is highl-quality and very affordable. The membership cost is very low which is GREAT. the stores are absolutely clean and nicely shelve and organized so that one can find their items easily. The discounted items are a blessing. “The customer service and upfront affordable pricing at the tire center is well worth the cost of a Costco membership. I called another tire place and they quoted me $200 more for the same tires and I didn't feel like haggling. I worked with Hector and Isaiah and they were top notch. I screwed up my tire order, so Hector walked me into the store to help me with the store credit I needed to purchase the correct tires. Isaiah let me know everything was ready to go 3 days later and got me in on the same day. Tires are on and I'm a happy customer.”
“This Sam's was great ... on the Saturday before school starts I was expected chaos but the visit was lovely. No lines ... workers consistently stocking the shelves and we even got free lollipops. Costco does not give my daughter lollipops lol I will use this location from now on.”
“I have been shopping at Sam's Club since it was located at Port Covington. Occasionally it is a hot mess but when management hears the compliant they respond. And new people are hired because that is usually my compliant (bad customer service). Lucky for me, I have not had that bad service for over ten years now. And I love that I can find everything I want when I do shop there. Great store and location (even during the pandemic shut down) ?.”

“Omg we come here just to get a meal sometimes this new cookie on the menu is always warm and it's hugeeee may not look like it in the picture but it really is. The strawberry ice cream and vanilla are so nice and think creamy they taste like a milkshake but in soft serve form. We also got pizza and a hot dog you really can't beat the price for what you are getting. We love Costco !”

“Pro: cheaper gas, food court, big parking lot, next to Walmart, self check out. Con: annual membership fee, slow exit receipt checker. A great option for people who don't live near a Costco. It has a big parking lot and you are to find a parking space compare to an over crowded Costco. The building is clean and every aisle has a sign of items. It has a cheaper gas price compare to outside gas station. The pizza from the food court is very good. I like the self check out since it easy and fast. Only con is that sometime the people at the exit door who scan your receipt can be slow and cause a build in the line.”

I was okay with the wait as they were upfront and honest with me. Whoever manages them could do a better job to ensure they have enough labor for the availability they offer or cut back on how many customers they say can be served at once. Credit to Matthew and Carlos for persevering with a smile.”
