“Big place to workout, nothing fancy, just good old machines to use. Appreaciate the No TV's or mirrors, prevents distractions and people holding machines too long.”
“It's a small gym but it has quite a few machines with weights on the first floor and cardio + a punching Bag on the second. There's also a locker room with showers and everything is pretty clean. There also aren't many people here at a time except for P.T. tests. I'd definitely recommend this gym for people who want to go workout but don't like crowds.”

“There’s always water on the floor going in the lockers when people shower. Basketball area and men’s locker room stinks! But they do clean it every night.
There’s two guys in big pickup trucks that works out late at night and they don’t wipe the equipment or put away the items that they used. You would see their sweat marks on the bench!!”
