In the way that they truly care about what you want and how you feel when wearing their clothes. I am not skinny and my body has changed over the years, every time I get what I need and know I’m walking out with a something that makes me look and feel amazing.”

“I recently went into the H&M at White Marsh mall to exchange a pair of pants for my son. I had bought them in NC while visiting family, so I was not sure if my store would have them. While they did have the item, unfortunately it was not in the correct color or size needed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to check the inventory that just came in. Turns out she was the store manager named Tianna. Even though they didn’t have the item there, she gave me suggestions on when to check back and even helped me look online. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind throughout my time in the store. I really just wanted to give her a shoutout as customer service in so many stores nowadays is seriously lacking! Tianna, you deserve recognition for not only being great at your job, but for being a great person in general!”

When I went in to ask about order and the manager saw that, she immediately corrected it and sent me another pair without any hesitation. “It was okay, very small selection of clothing just due to store size but I found something that would work for what I needed. The help is kind of scarce which has nothing to do with the help and more about corporations. But there was a woman wandering around in there, a very young woman, walking up to people and offering to pray for them. She should have been stopped. I informed her I was a very happy atheist and not currently having a super being tell me to kill other people in their name.”

Won't know how the tailoring job comes out until I pick it up on the March 23rd. Review will come afterwards. But you want a good fit don't hesitate to see Marty he will hook you up.”

“I have no business in a mall. Seriously I don't. I'm trying to cut back; however, in an effort to help out le boo, I found myself there. Anywho, I came in through the food court. The tables were spread out for the purpose of social distancing. It wasn't too crowded, and all of the people were wearing masks. I noticed that some of the open stores had capacity limits to ensure safety of others. Additionally, I noticed that some of the stores had barriers between staff and customers in the check out areas. Even if I don't think I need to be shopping, it isn't too bad at White Marsh.”

She was able to order my jeans and get them shipped to my home after doing everything in her power to even locate my order. She offered everything possible to resolve my issue. “I wanted the last minute to purchase my holiday sleepwear. This is a Christmas tradition in my family. Each family household wears the same PJs. Since I live alone, I get to select what I want to wear. I selected purple this year because the Baltimore Ravens played on Monday football.Even though I came into your store on Christmas Eve, the store was pretty much organized and clean. Your sales personnel were friendly. They moved the line quickly. My first time in one of these stores. My experience was wonderful. Thank you!”

“Forever 21 has truly improved over the years. A lot more options, the store isn't super crowded with racks clothes, and they have great sales. I have a medium size/curvy body and I'm super happy they have clothes to accommodate me, especially jeans! Jeans are buy one get another paid 50% off so you know I had to rack up. I found some cute tops and finished my shopping trip with some accessories. So glad they had enough staff to accommodate the dressing room and move the lines right along.”
“I arrived at the place during the rush hour of the day. I was looking for a suit for my 5 years old son. I found a few suits left over from Easter Sunday. The place was busy. The lady was also willing to show me other kids' suits. The dressing room was messy, just like Marshall's. Anyhow, I bought two suits. Again, the evening was still a pleasant experience since the ladies I've asked help from was helpful. I will come back here.”
