“Staff is always helpful, offering advice on the best products to get, based upon their personal experience. I am promptly shown where what I am looking for is located. Overall experience is much more personal than the bigger stores, and it's closer to home for me.”

“Hodges Hardware is truly a one-of-a-kind amazing place. I was on the hunt for some older hinges for a garden fence and while most big box stores had a few poorly machined and expensive options, Hodges has basically a whole row of hinges of every type, size, shape and make. The warehouse seems packed floor to ceiling with anything you think of. Need an odd piece of hardware? Hodges. Giant old cable spools? Hodges. An antique poker machine? Hodges. A ship-in-a-bottle? HODGES! If you like a perfectly organized, well-lit hardware store, this stop is not for you. But if you like hunting for treasure, maybe stop by.

“They just opened in my area, I've never been to one before. I came in to get my step-dad a tool kit. I am clueless when it comes to this stuff but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Every staff member I walked passed greeted me. A guy stocking shelves asked if I needed help (im sure I looked lost lol) I showed him a picture of the toolkit and he took me right over to it and was super nice. I hate asking for help because a lot of store associates make you feel like youre bothering them but that was not the case here. I'll literally recommend this place just based off how helpful, friendly, and respectful all their staff was”

“This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”
“First time here. If you're not careful you will drive past it, as I did. Lol. Carts were available both regular and those with for disabled people. Let me tell you this store was very clean. Seeing an online circular is what made me take the drive to this location. The sales were awesome and the availability of products was enough for everyone. They even had fresh pickles at the deli. The lunch meat purchased was fresh as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely be taking this drive again because it was definitely worth the money saved.”
“I went to this location to purchase two packages of GB Gardner Bender Split Flex Tubing 10' x 3/8" & 1/2". Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted with a genuine smile and "Hello." In fact, every team member that I encountered was friendly and asked if I needed help! This was a refreshing change from most Home Depot where the associates see a customer approaching and make a B line like a bat out of hell. Even worse, you do catch one and they are miserable, mad at the world and act as if you are bothering them! I elected to skip the self-checkout kiosks and went to Zachary, Cashier in the Pro Depot. Zachary greeted me with a nice smile and a warm greeting. He quickly entered my Pro number, processed my items and billed me out. Overall, this location has awesome team members, is clean and well stocked and organized. Kudos to all of the team members here for providing a refreshing customer service experience! I will definitely return to this location when I am in the area.”
