“Good monthly membership prices, not too great for a one off wash. I went with many bug splatters and although cleaner, the residue remains for almost all of them. I will need to wash it again.

I paid for the “deep interior plus” option and was blown away by how clean my car was from top to bottom, inside and outside. The I arrived 5 mins early and did not have to wait. “They did a fabulous job wrapping my cars! My first car got partial wrap here. I later wished I chose the full body wrap option. So much easier to take care of the car with a full wrap. And protects against minor scrape too. So full body was the option I chose for my next car. Looks a lot better than same model cars without a wrap.
These folks also do AMAZING post-wrap customer service work.

“I had an unfortunate luck of experiencing an hit and run in the parking lot. I didn't know which body shop to take it to, but I was referred to Total Recon and decided to give it a try. The team at Total Recon did an amazing job restoring my car's body. It looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior. My car looked better than I originally purchased it.The repair was completed on time, and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything I didn’t need. “The customer service that’s found at Bethesda Detailers can be hard to come by elsewhere. I also have been very pleased with the detailing work and I like their loyalty/points system.
Additionally, I had window tints installed. After my initial installation, I had a personal concern about the “Venetian blind” or “ladder” effect in the rear window. When I reached out about this concern, Josh was communicative and resourceful in offering solutions. My only feedback about the experience would be that for someone like me who never had tints before, a heads up about the effect might have helped me to make a more informed decision from the start. However, it all eventually worked out. Josh even went as far as replacing the rear glass when the defroster was affected from attempting to fix the ladder effect. He kept me informed throughout the resolution process, including following up to ensure everything was working properly afterward. I am a happy returning customer.”
“Believe the 5 star retings. I had an emergency brake situation yesterday afternoon. Everyone knows how difficult it is to find a good mechanic on a weekend. I work as a travel nurse so I obviously need my car every weekday. Not only did Mike come through in such a short amount of time, he had the car done with high-quality brake parts in 2 hours. He was 100% legit, honest, and stands by his work. He went on to explain the problem, sent me photos of the work being done, and clarified everything when I picked the car up. The price for all 4 brakes w/ rotors was very reasonable, too. I was pleasantly surprised. I think I found my new permanent mechanic.”

“The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”

They were timely in texting me when my vehicle was ready. I think they did a great job cleaning the vehicle! They validate parking, so keep your parking ticket!”
“I cannot say enough good things about Extreme Detailing! My car was in rough shape after years of built-up dirt and neglect. I was a smoker and often smoked while driving, so there were ashes everywhere…in the seats, cup holders, cracks, crevices, and places I didn’t even realize needed cleaning.

“Not a cloth car wash, but rather it is a rubber/plastic composite - see photos. This, along with the chemicals used, likely beats off and strips the wax from my car. Unfortunately I just had it waxed last month. But to get dirt off, and you don't care about the loss of shine, then four stars. Better if it were the winter and my car was covered in salt and grime for this kind of wash.”
