“Way better than the Georgia Avenue location. They have vacuuming here and the car wash has a part at the end where it dries the car off some. I had to come to Kensington because Georgia Avenue is being torn down and remodeled I guess. Yet mr wash has no problem debit my card every month even though I have to travel farther to use one of these facilities”

“Best car wash experience I've ever had. It's obviously pricier than a normal car wash, but my small SUV (Mazda CX5) was cleaner than when I bought it originally. Service was quality too, texting me updates on when I could pick it up. If you want to COMPLETELY clean the interior (and exterior, but I mostly cared about the inside), this is the place.”

“I had an unfortunate luck of experiencing an hit and run in the parking lot. I didn't know which body shop to take it to, but I was referred to Total Recon and decided to give it a try. The team at Total Recon did an amazing job restoring my car's body. It looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior. My car looked better than I originally purchased it.The repair was completed on time, and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything I didn’t need. “The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”
“I had my entire car treated with a full PPF coating and ceramic tint at Capitol Shine in Arlington, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kimberly provided outstanding customer service as she was very professional, knowledgeable about every step of the process and kept me informed the entire time.
The team completed the job in just one day and the results were exceptional. The paint was fully polished and corrected before the PPF was applied with absolute precision with no visible seams, edges or bubbles. The ceramic tint not only looks fantastic but also makes a noticeable difference in keeping the cabin cooler during the summer heat. You can tell the team takes real pride in their work and attention to detail.

“The customer service that’s found at Bethesda Detailers can be hard to come by elsewhere. I also have been very pleased with the detailing work and I like their loyalty/points system.
Additionally, I had window tints installed. After my initial installation, I had a personal concern about the “Venetian blind” or “ladder” effect in the rear window. When I reached out about this concern, Josh was communicative and resourceful in offering solutions. My only feedback about the experience would be that for someone like me who never had tints before, a heads up about the effect might have helped me to make a more informed decision from the start. However, it all eventually worked out. Josh even went as far as replacing the rear glass when the defroster was affected from attempting to fix the ladder effect. He kept me informed throughout the resolution process, including following up to ensure everything was working properly afterward. I am a happy returning customer.”

“I have my car washed here at Connecticut Ave and Albermale, using one of their multiple times monthly rate. I think it is worthy as one sometimes bring it more than 2 times/month and one has to pay more than the monthly rate. They wash all the floor coverings, vacuum clean the interior and depending on the package you buy it has different services.
Staff is good, recommend tip in the box.”

The convenience store is limited to refreshments and snacks but the forecourt equipment operates without glitch and access to and from the station is easily achieved from a few directions.”
