“My home AF gym is in WI, and I've always appreciated being able to visit other AF's when I travel. When I was visiting my cousin in MD this spring, I was traveling with my parents, who use the gym provided in their gated community in FL. While I was able to come to the Kensington AF, my dad didn't have a place to workout since we were staying in an AirBnb. I discussed this with staff, not sure of your guest policy, and they were great, allowing me to bring my dad with me, even giving him his own FOB after signing the release form. We both were impressed with the equipment you have, and noted machines we don't have at our home gyms. We were able to accomplish our regular workouts (and then some, trying the new equipment), and appreciated how clean the gym is and that we didn't have to wait for machines--all the members were friendly and courteous. Thanks again for the great service you provide, and keep up the great work maintaining the Kensington gym!”

“Best gym in the Bethesda-Rockville area. Never too crowded in the morning, excellent equipment, friendly community and staff. Equipment is a bit older, but pieces are quality and well-maintained. Good for both powerlifting and bodybuilding.”
