“Cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with our GROOM! experience! Jennifer called me prior to scheduling and we talked in detail about how we wanted our Cocker Spaniel to be groomed. She and Mirna also called me mid-groom to let me know that Moriarity’s previous grooming (done elsewhere and not fitting the breed’s usual look) would mean we need to wait for regrowth in some areas and the wanted to make sure we were onboard with their plans. Excellent communication.
And while I was picking up, Jennifer mentioned that our pup had a few accidents w/in a short time frame so I may want to consult his vet. Turns out our poor boy had a urinary tract infection that we’d not tuned into. Thank you, Jennifer!

“Shout out to Penny from The Big Bad Woof’s shipping department. My 14-week old poodle was holding me hostage in our apartment refusing to be carried or stay in the previous two carriers purchased. Since he isn't fully vaccinated, I remained stuck at home until my Sturdi carrier arrived. For the past few weeks the days has felt longer, especially with a puppy driving me mad! The zoomies, toilet paper raids, general interest in my plants and electric cords…this is a full time job on top of my full time job! Penny ensured that I received my carrier in a timely manner and busted me out here on a lovely Saturday afternoon lol. I can go enjoy my summer days now and Ro is getting a scenic view from his Sturdi carrier…which I love! I appreciate you Penny!”

“This Petco is very convenient, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. You could not ask for more except they do not carry the one litter that I like, which is the tidy, cats, lightweight, free and clean (unscented.). Maybe after reading my review and my survey to them, they will start carrying it there at this location on Langston and Harrison in Arlington, Virginia. I am not talking about the massive bucket-style container, but the smaller container (pourable through recloseable opening, easy handle on top)— 8.5 pounds. Shout out to Joey and the gang! Keep up the great work.”

“I ended up here specifically looking for unique collar options, and what I ended up with was two of everything I needed for my pups. We had such a fun shopping experience with Karen. She was so knowledge about the right fit and types of things for my pups from collars, to harnesses to rain coats. I ended up fully stocked for all seasons and will absolutely be back for what felt like a custom shopping spree.”
“Conveniently located but it goes beyond that. My wife and I were fostering a dog, I came here with a few questions. The gentleman behind the counter came around and showed me options for a teething puppy. He was very friendly, didn't try to hard push anything, and seemed to actually care by asking questions and engaging with me. Was very nice to experience because you don't find this in many places these days. Will be back

“While visiting College Park Farmer’s Market, I stumbled upon Barbie’s Doggie Bakery. Initially, the cute packaging and stand peaked my interest. However, Barbie was quick to ask me regarding my dogs, she explained how her products only had four safe ingredients. She was awesome to speak with, and answered all my questions. I got some samples today, but will definitely be back next week!!”

“Excellent selection of craft beer and good wine selection as well. Shop is local, convenient and crowded with selection. Stopped in for beer and left with 3 six packs of local craft beer I had not yet tried and a Belgian as well. Throw in a pretty good bottle of wine and I was set. There was also a wine tasting/sampling when I was there. I will be back.”
“I brought my 12 year old Cockapoo to be groomed here - we had an excellent experience. He has anxiety and can be very difficult with hair cuts. Nicole was his groomer, she was patient with him and took the time he needed to have a great haircut. So happy to have found Elysiem.”
“Dani is AMAZING! Puma absolutely loves her and always comes out looking and feeling great. Dani is patient, gentle, and really connects with the dogs she works with. She even took extra time to work though some matting and showed me how to better care for Puma's coat at home. We're truly lucky to have Dani???”

“I have taken my current dog and my dog before him to be vaccinated by Vetco at my local Petco for at least 15 years. Overall I've been happy with their service. The vets are always very nice and willing to answer questions. Vetco provides me with a report of my and my dog's visit promptly. The only improvement I'd like to see made is for them to allow clients to request a phone call or e-mail the day of their appointment rather than a text.”
“I love this Petco, the worker's are very helpful, they really know their stuff, like my kitten wouldn't use a new litter that was made with corn and things, and I didn't know what to do, so I went there and asked if anyone could tell me why, a gentleman worker told me why, and what to do about it, he was very helpful. Love, love this store!!!”

“Ellie is our fave groomer here! She does such a wonderful job with my labradoodle Coco. Shes kind and patient as he gets really nervous and trembles. You see videos of groomers hitting dogs and stuff so as a parent you are so nervous about what happens behind the scenes but i know she is giving him love <3
She also works efficiently and doesnt take a million hours which is awesome. Cant recommend her enough”

“First time at this place and I am honestly so glad to have stumbled in! The two workers were so helpful I am so grateful! More specifically the woman who helped me, I hate that I forgot her name! She was so helped and gave such useful information about the best food to feed my cats! I have two cats, one is picky and one isn’t! she helped me understand my picky cat better and just gave such useful advice! she has 7 cats so she knows what she’s talking about! you don’t really get real connections in stores anymore but today I did! such a good place will be back!!
