“Cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with our GROOM! experience! Jennifer called me prior to scheduling and we talked in detail about how we wanted our Cocker Spaniel to be groomed. She and Mirna also called me mid-groom to let me know that Moriarity’s previous grooming (done elsewhere and not fitting the breed’s usual look) would mean we need to wait for regrowth in some areas and the wanted to make sure we were onboard with their plans. Excellent communication.
And while I was picking up, Jennifer mentioned that our pup had a few accidents w/in a short time frame so I may want to consult his vet. Turns out our poor boy had a urinary tract infection that we’d not tuned into. Thank you, Jennifer!
