“I took my truck to be serviced for an oil change, on the road on my way out of town for work I noticed a ticking sound coming from underneath the hood . I took it to a local ford dealership in North Carolina and was advised that there wasn’t enough oil in the truck and that it needed two quarts of oil. I then called the LaPlata ford dealership where I got the oil change the day before and spoke with Heather the service manager about my situation. She apologized for the inconvenience paid for the additional oil and offered additional oil change and maintenance services due to the inconvenience when I got back to Maryland. Upon my arrival back to Maryland I took the truck back to the LaPlata dealership to be serviced for what appeared to be a transmission leak . With no hesitation Heather had her top mechanic Mr Gene took a look at the issue and upon inspection did find a small leak . Miss Heather was kind enough to take care of the repairs due to the inconvenience that was caused from my initial oil change experience. Heather and the employees at LaPlata ford went above and beyond their job to make things right . I recommend this service department if you ever have a issue or repair for your vehicle .”

Staff are friendly, answer any questions I have, explain what needs to be done, let me know what is happening if they need to hold on to a car a little longer, and are very reasonably priced. I’ve always had good experiences here and will continue to bring our family vehicles to A-List.”
“I don’t often leave reviews, but La Plata Tire deserves 5 stars for their services today. Todd and the team went above and beyond to not only provide the services I asked for, but also addressed an even bigger issue I didn’t even know I had. They were able to take care of all services, including the unexpected one, in a timely manner so I wouldn’t miss a flight I had to catch. I appreciate the excellent customer service. If they say your car needs something you can feel comfortable they are telling you the truth. They charge a fair rate for the work that they do and always give you 100%. Easy drop off service. “We visited for the first time yesterday (me and my 11-year-old daughter). We think the store is beautiful and everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. We were super excited to tour the station as we were surprised to discount that it had a gift shop. Many of the items were interesting, historic, and beautiful...but there was a major downside for me as a Mom. Some items in the store contained profanity (I didn't see me, but I did find a few.) As a born again believer in Jesus working diligently to help our children guard their hearts from content which promotes things that are displeasing to the Lord, I chose to cut our our tour short. If not for that hiccup, our visit would've been ideal! In many, many ways, this service station is a real gem in the community, especially the lovely ink pens which are sold to support the cancer society.”
