“I visited NTB and the service was excellent - from when I walked in, until I left! I went for a new tire because it was completely flat, but I asked if it could be plugged. They checked it and told me that I didn't need a new one, which I was so grateful for. As a woman, we tend to be taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs, so the fact that they were honest with me, I truly appreciated! I will be back when I DO need new ones!”

“I came here to have my car repaired due to an accident. Everyone was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Amanda was the first to greet me with a warm welcome, and Wanda kindly explained the miscommunication that had occurred when I made the appointment. Both were very willing to assist and even offered to contact Enterprise to have the rental car delivered to the shop. Although I ultimately had to call them myself due to issues beyond the team's control, their willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
Once everything was sorted, Eric came out to introduce himself. He listened carefully to my concerns and was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I appreciate the texts that I received with the status of the vehicle.

“I took my truck to be serviced for an oil change, on the road on my way out of town for work I noticed a ticking sound coming from underneath the hood . I took it to a local ford dealership in North Carolina and was advised that there wasn’t enough oil in the truck and that it needed two quarts of oil. I then called the LaPlata ford dealership where I got the oil change the day before and spoke with Heather the service manager about my situation. She apologized for the inconvenience paid for the additional oil and offered additional oil change and maintenance services due to the inconvenience when I got back to Maryland. Upon my arrival back to Maryland I took the truck back to the LaPlata dealership to be serviced for what appeared to be a transmission leak . With no hesitation Heather had her top mechanic Mr Gene took a look at the issue and upon inspection did find a small leak . Miss Heather was kind enough to take care of the repairs due to the inconvenience that was caused from my initial oil change experience. Heather and the employees at LaPlata ford went above and beyond their job to make things right . I recommend this service department if you ever have a issue or repair for your vehicle .”

“I have been bringing my car to this NTB ever since I moved to the DMV area nearly 10 years ago now. The staff are always courteous and professional, they have taken the greatest of care with my car when any repairs are needed. There is staff on hand that know how to drive manual transmission vehicles (which some shops do not), so I never have to worry about damage being done to my car by someone who does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. If they notice anything else while working on my car I always recieve a call and am told what has been found, an estimated cost of repair, and am asked if i would like the additional repair(s) to be done. Also, they do not create BS stuff that needs to be done on my car that actually does not need to be done. Being a woman, this has happened to me at many other repair shops. I am soo glad I have found a repair shop that does not do that. They always tell me like it is, which I highly appreciate. You won't regret bringing your car here for work that is needed. I sure haven't!!!”

“D & S was a lifesaver for me! My husband bought me a new car and my first day driving it, I got a crack in my windshield that spread quickly. I scheduled with Safelite first but their price was over $2000! I thought that was way over priced since my husband had just had his F250 windshield replaced through Safelite a year ago for $1200. I felt so bad that my husband just bought me a brand new car and I was already costing him more money. LOL! So, I called D&S and they cost half the price with the recalibration. And did a great job!”

“I took my car to have it inspected in Maryland and they failed it for what I thought were small things and then found other problems and wanted to charge me $6,000!
Someone told me about Coleman's and how fair he was. He got up from his desk, came out and looked at my car and told me that the previous inspection was petty and recommended another shop to send it through inspection. I took his recommendation and my car passed with no issues! Coleman literally saved me thousands! Will be bringing my car(s) back for other repairs.”
