“I took my truck to be serviced for an oil change, on the road on my way out of town for work I noticed a ticking sound coming from underneath the hood . I took it to a local ford dealership in North Carolina and was advised that there wasn’t enough oil in the truck and that it needed two quarts of oil. I then called the LaPlata ford dealership where I got the oil change the day before and spoke with Heather the service manager about my situation. She apologized for the inconvenience paid for the additional oil and offered additional oil change and maintenance services due to the inconvenience when I got back to Maryland. Upon my arrival back to Maryland I took the truck back to the LaPlata dealership to be serviced for what appeared to be a transmission leak . With no hesitation Heather had her top mechanic Mr Gene took a look at the issue and upon inspection did find a small leak . Miss Heather was kind enough to take care of the repairs due to the inconvenience that was caused from my initial oil change experience. Heather and the employees at LaPlata ford went above and beyond their job to make things right . I recommend this service department if you ever have a issue or repair for your vehicle .”

Someone told me about Coleman's and how fair he was. He got up from his desk, came out and looked at my car and told me that the previous inspection was petty and recommended another shop to send it through inspection. I took his recommendation and my car passed with no issues! Coleman literally saved me thousands! Will be bringing my car(s) back for other repairs.”
“D & S was a lifesaver for me! My husband bought me a new car and my first day driving it, I got a crack in my windshield that spread quickly. I scheduled with Safelite first but their price was over $2000! I thought that was way over priced since my husband had just had his F250 windshield replaced through Safelite a year ago for $1200. I felt so bad that my husband just bought me a brand new car and I was already costing him more money. LOL! So, I called D&S and they cost half the price with the recalibration. And did a great job!”

“Cox Auto Repair did an excellent job diagnosing my vehicle! They properly identified a bad water pump on the very first visit unlike the previous mechanic I went to. I specifically asked for a full diagnostic to get to the root cause of my coolant warning light, and they delivered exactly that. I really appreciated their honesty in explaining that they couldn’t complete the repair due to the type of turbo engine my car has, instead of just guessing or doing unnecessary work. Highly recommend for their professionalism, accuracy, and integrity.”

“I was referred to Omega by Waldorf valvoline. Both Valvolines in Dunkirk and Waldorf gave the same assessment for my leak. I took my car to Omega directly from Valvoline and they repaired the work the same day. The owner of Omega was kind enough to give me a ride home, with a stop at 7-11 for coffee, as well as came back to bring me to get my car. I was pleased with their customer service. I had to have additional work done to my car, as it is 21 years old and still had its original parts. I returned 2 days later for the additional work. Again, I got pickup service! Their prices for labor and parts are reasonable. I recommend Omega Auto Repair shop.”
