The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that it can sometimes be a little tricky to find an employee if you have a specific question, but overall it is a reliable place to get things done.”

“We’ve been visiting this Lowe’s over the past few weeks because we’ve been working on a lot of projects. The service is 99% amazing—the staff throughout the store are always helpful—but the garden department staff are especially friendly and helpful. On Monday, we had to pick up some pine trees and pavers, and this guy in orange driving the forklift did an amazing job! It was pouring rain that day, but he didn’t hesitate to provide excellent service!”

“Absolutely amazing experience!! I needed a copy of car key (with fob) that the dealership wanted an outrageous amount for. I was able to get the exact key needed less than half the price. And everyone from the manager who special ordered the right key to the staff person who programmed it were just outstanding. I haven't experienced such great customer service from any store in a very long time. 10/10 stars! Highly recommend!!!”
