“Susie is great!!
Whoever is her supervisor, please acknowledge her, give her plenty of accolades.
In an apathetic and ever changing world, she helped an older customer out tremendously
Thank you Susie!!”
“I had the most pleasant experience in the la plata location today. I don't know the two young ladies names that were working, but they were everything. I hate going into any t-mobile store but I took a chance today and it was worth every minute. They were knowledgeable, proficient, helpful and made sure every customer got exactly what they needed with a smile on their face. I overheard them both talking about going back to college and I just want to wish them the best. They deserve it.”

“Toby was so helpful!! We came in quite late on a Sunday afternoon needing a new phone to replace a broken phone. We are a new small business and making sure our communications stay online is absolutely essential. We were so thankful that he was able to help us through all the different stages. He even installed the Liquid Glass screen protector and the new phone case on it. Thank you so much Toby!!”
