I'm 69 and Kevina Barnes helped me fix my phone. I have always went to the California store or Prince Frederick store. Prince Frederick has hired idiots that play around and make you feel unwelcome. California store could never fix my phone, so my friend has T mobile and they fixed my phone. You need more people like Kevina.
