Ryan was super helpful in reaching out to me to resolve the issue in the rent spike, while he said that its Self Storage Plus's business model to raise rates, he worked out a reduced rate that I was willing to accept. I'm hopeful this is the last increase.

The unit has been perfect for the last few months however..
After less than 6 months I received a notice my rate was going from 146 to over 200 a month. I would be cautious renting from a place that raises rates.”
“I was greeted with a friendly 'Hello!' upon entering the facility in Waldorf. Antwan was very helpful! He helped me with opening my unit and even swept out some debris right inside the door to my unit, since my unit is an exterior unit. He went above and beyond. Thank you Antwan :)!

“Very clean facility and employees are nice and resourceful. Can’t lie, the bathroom was extremely clean for what I was expecting, (Zero hate. It’s kinda just assumed the bathroom isn’t the most maintained thing in a storage facility) down to toilet seat protectors. The employees are very respectful and there for you!”
“Excellent customer service. James, the Manager, is very accommodating, willing to assist if there is an issue, and discusses promotions on an ongoing basis. The facility is clean and well lit. I always felt safe even after hours and on weekends.”

“I came to them because I had a bad case of mold in my car. Saw me the same day as I desperately needed it. Took about an hour and the car seat and carpet looked brand spanking new! Very affordable as well. He is also mobile so when he had to come through to finish the job, he came to me, worked with my schedule and is a man of his word. Even gave me a complimentary wash on my car for how long the wait was. Overall very pleased with his work ethic and service and will for sure be going back to him for a full detailing. ?”

“I had two units here for years. They have cameras posted on the whole property which is nice. When I was looking, this place locally had the best prices in the whole area. I haven’t priced that in months, but I assume they keep their rates relatively low. 24/7 access. They communicate very effectively to keep you from getting locked out of your unit. Never any issues.”
