“One thing I dont like is that you can't call up and just speak to someone. That's is a CVS thing. The staff here is great and helpful. You can earn rewards with your CVS card. Plenty of parking. A little hard to get out of the parking lot.”

He was so kind and helpful, and he made the process of replacing an engine from 5 hours away as easy as it could have been. So far the work seems great as well, and the price was very reasonable. “I have never received better customer service at a convenience store than i did last night (7/30) around 8:45. The gentleman and woman working were two of the friendliest people ever, and were so so kind. They were an absolute joy to talk to. We had a strange request and needed a cup of water for a street cat a street over and they accommodated for us and it was the sweetest thing ever. Came for slushies, were delighted to meet new friends. 1000/10 experience. 1000/10 Customer service. Give these folks a raise!!”

“As with any convenience store it has moments of bathroom needed a cleaning or prices didn’t match what shelf said or pumps ran a little slow but overall it’s always on the better side of everything I’ve seen out there and almost all the employees are wonderful and will help you anyway they can… And management is always trying to have any issues fixed ASAP so customers have a great experience and aren’t delayed with problems!!”
“Great place to stop along 68. Only complaint is lack of an indoor sitting area to eat. just some bar stools and a shelf along a window would be enough. Otherwise, great. Stop here all the time.”

“The new owners have made a fun change - The Indian food! I got some sweet treats a few months ago, and noticed the they had more selections to try later. I went in the other day and instead of Indian sweet treats, there was homemade holiday in the USA style treats - peanut butter fudge, etc. I didn't notice anything from India, so I'm not sure if they are just celebrating the holidays or if they are switching it out because I'm probably the only person who cooks masala at this end of the holler.”

“My go to spot for the ATM because they do not charge me fees when I withdraw cash from my online banking institutions. People are always nice, workers are friendly, it's clean, and otherwise despite it being in a college town, it's a place that I have gone to dozens of times and have never run into an issue or can point out any complaints. The only suggestion I do have is turning it into a 7-Eleven have a gas station and making the other two gas stations in the area in Frostburg compete price wise because this location is like right in the center of where you have to cross paths of to get anywhere outside of Frostburg. Whether you are driving up or down Main street, going through Mount Savage, walking up or down Main street, at one of the local churches, at one of the local bars, or just got done with classes at University. This is definitely a prime spot, especially if you factor in that late at night when the bars close at 2AM people go to here to pick up food & drinks to satisfy munchies of all varieties ?”

“Sweet place to go. They have beer and a good wine selection. There's a freal milkshake machine in there and they serve 5 different types of pizzas as well as hot wings. I recommend the breakfast pizza. Lowest gas price in the area as well as cigarette prices. They also have pipes and cig storing boxes and CBD oils.”
“I bought a soda and chips there and they accidentally overcharged me. I honestly didn't even realize but they were very honest and ran to my car to give me the difference.”
“Love's is always my go-to stop on a long road trip, and this location doesn't disappoint. It’s incredibly well-lit, making it feel safe even during a late-night fuel stop. Inside, the store is spacious, fully stocked, and the staff at the registers are always quick and friendly.
Cleanliness: The restrooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, which is a massive plus on long drives.”

“I just want to say I loooooove the peanut butter donut! More importantly however, the staff at this location always gets me a donut from the back if the case is empty because they know how much I love them. I do intense workouts about four times a week and the donut is a special treat to myself. The staff knows this and will even unload the donuts off the truck first to get me one. Retail/Customer service isn’t always an easy job but the staff at this location are always super friendly. I hope they get the credit they deserve.”

“My turkey half sub was well made as were the curly fries. The seating area was clean. The only minor issue was the station where you get the drink lids was disorganized. Parking lot was clean and well lit.”
