“The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. We could not have been happier with our move, and nothing is broken!”

He was even patient to help when I wasn't able to lock my unit. I also observed his excellent customer service skills while helping 2 other customers. He stands by company policy and knows his job very well! I highly recommend this location based on Antonio's excellent customer service and the facility itself is very clean and organized!”

I came in and noticed the storage unit I booked online wasn’t big enough to accommodate what it was needed it for. He quickly showed me other options and helped me to make the swap to another unit. He was very helpful and informative. So far so good with my experience here. This is my first time using a storage facility. I just moved in today. I’m glad I chose this place. I’ll update this later if my experience changes.”

“Simple...reserved unit online for today, went to office this morning to get access code etc. When I came back after running some errands, I discovered that the latch mechanism for the livk was busted. I was going to fix it. Since that unit was scheduled to get a new door, he moved me into a 10x15 drive up two doors up from my smaller unit. It worked out perfectly. The property is very well maintained with the caretaker/manager living on the property.”
