“Tommy at the Lanham store provided outstanding service. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. His patience and persistence in answering/resolving multiple questions and issues are to be commended. He spent hours with me. He is an asset to Verizon and should be recognized as so. My heartfelt gratitude to him.”
