“There has been a significant change at the TMobile store in New Carrollton since Merlyn joined the team. he went above what he had to do to help me through a transfer that could have easily turned into a huge nightmare. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much more manageable.

Also my representative, Henry, was a big help as well. He helped me from the initial transfer all the way through the process. He is a great rep and i recommend to ask for him if you want a honest down to earth rep when you come in. He checked in on me throughout the day, even while assisting other customers, and made sure everything was moving in the right direction. Thats the guy to ask for.

Torian however is the veteran at this store and keeps everything together on the low. He stayed with me until everything was completely resolved and never made me feel rushed. He's knowledgeable, patient, professional, and I truly believe he is management material. T mobile would benefit by giving him a shot to run a store.
