5808 Ellerbie St, LanhamI had the pleasure of grabbing lunch from this new African restaurant. I tasted the fish, chicken, and Todun rice (small jollof). Order # A1 and I added the whole fish with no sides. Review: fish (10/10) chicken was a 1000/10. It was sooooooo good. Very flavorful and not tough like the typical African meat. My problem was the rice. It was plain and spicy so I couldn't eat it, didn't like it, and will never order it again. Service was efficient. The young man who took my order was attentive and honored my request to not have the spicy sauce added to my fish. Decor: it appeared clean, even the restroom. However, it was drab decorations (typical African carryout). Overall, I would recommend this place because the food (-the rice) and service were 10/10.
