“Customer service is amazing. The guy at the counter (can’t remember the name sorry!) was so sweet. I came in and noticed the storage unit I booked online wasn’t big enough to accommodate what it was needed it for. He quickly showed me other options and helped me to make the swap to another unit. He was very helpful and informative. So far so good with my experience here. This is my first time using a storage facility. I just moved in today. I’m glad I chose this place. I’ll update this later if my experience changes.”
“They're very professional and they keep you well informed. I had to keep some things in storage for 15 years. But they always let me know if there was a rate change. I never had any problems with anything stored there. And when I was done and moved out. Everything was in good condition.”
“I went a total of 25 miles, and the truck required 27.13 to refill. The gas was $2.79/gallon, its impossible to use that much gas for 25 miles. I spoke with the young lady when I returned the truck, but she said that there was nothing that she could do. I had the smallest truck at $19.95/day, didn't tow a car, and moved a 1 bedroom apartment in one trip. Something is not right. CHECK THE GAS, I DON'T THINK THE GAS GAUGE WAS CORRECT, IT SAID FULL TANK WHEN I GOT IT, BUT I DON'T THINK IT WAS FULL.”
