“I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”

“After five hours of waiting on AAA I called EC Towing & Recovery based on the online Yelp reviews. We were very frustrated and he calmed us down right away. He was able to pick up the unattended vehicle asap and deliver it to the tire garage which was closed. They communicated well and got the keys delivered so the car was safe overnight. It was cold and snowing, yet he took a late night order and did a great job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
