My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“I was on a date and we ended up getting stuck in a parking lot, as the snow was icy and broke. That caused us to not be able to move, and we called several places trying to request for help. One place tried to quote us around 600 dollars (winch out), and after calling the non-emergency line as a last resort, the police pointed us this way. The person who was sent to help us was this lovely man named Mickey, and he was SO efficient and sweet. He made sure we got out safe and that we were comfortable, and he just seemed like a really great guy. He made me feel a lot less anxious about a bad situation, so props to him. :)”

“We all know how stressful it can be when your car is broken and needs to be fixed. I have a 2007 Buick and was involved in a hit-and-run The car still runs beautifully, but I didn’t like the blemish that was left CARSTAR Nescar took away my anxiety from my first interaction with Jesus. We coordinated schedules and I worked with Steve the day I brought my vehicle in. They kept me informed along the repair journey. I picked her up today and Jesus and Steve both greeted me and were extremely efficient, friendly, and absolutely no hassle. Not that I have been to many body shops, but I was so impressed with how immaculate and organized the physical space is.
I hope I don’t need to have repairs again, but if I have to, I will definitely contact CARSTAR Nescar in Beltsville. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

“I had a really good experience with Recovery 1 Towing today. I was unfortunately broke down in DC and had to be towed all the way to Baltimore. To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He updated me constantly on his whereabouts before his arrival, and once on call, proceeded to quickly get me across town. You can tell these guys are all about good business. A+++++ Will definitely use again. Good job Malachi!”

They were honest about the problems and even did work on my vehicle that may have been causing the issue to begin with. Definitely recommend. Front office staff is also very friendly. Also the shop looks very clean. Only cons is I was there for a little while but other than that no complaints.”

“I’ve been coming to Perfect Auto for years and every time they have made my repair experiences super easy! Being a women, I’ve had other shops try and take advantage of me over the years BUT THAT HAS NEVER been the case with Ahsan and Omar! They are honest, fast with repairs, and extremely affordable!! They go above and beyond to explain the issues I’ve had with my vehicles and it’s more appreciated than they know!! I just recently bought a used truck that needed a MD inspection (as soon as possible so I could put tint on ASAP ??) They not only scheduled me for the inspection the same day, but had me in and out of the shop in under an hour! BUT THEN….I found out they have a tint and detail shop a few doors down, so Ahsan personally walked me down to the tint shop, introduced me to the manager, and THEY (were super friendly and knowledgeable) had me out in 30 minutes! It’s been a bit busy lately so be ready to be patient because you may have to wait. While you do, talk to the attendant who zips around on a scooter making sure everything is running smoothly. He’s a riot!”
