“Edit - 2 months later I have taken my wife's van and my own car back for some valve stem issues. All I can say is you don't find service like this anywhere around here. This is old school customer service. They genuinely care and you are not a number.You can take your car to NTB, pay a premium, get told about all these things you need to fix on your car, then have to wait day for you car to get tires (because your appointment means nothing) OR you can come here during your hour lunch break and be in and out. I'll choose the latter every time. ;)”

“I ran over a large screw, with the washer intact, while I was out running errands.I Googled the nearest tire shop this shop was suggested.It was drizzling on that day. I pulled into the lot and the mechanic came to my truck and I told him what I needed. He instructed me to turn my wheel a certain way then proceeded to repair my tire, while I was still seated in my truck. I would say it took slightly over 10 minutes from start to finish.I have driven pass this establishment, many many times and never knew this place existed!”

Mitch and crew took the time to thoroughly investigate and diagnose the problem, and determined it was actually the tire that was damaged, causing repeatedly low air, not the rim. “I was driving from Virginia to my home in New Jersey when I hit a large pot hole and suffered a blow out. I did a quick google for tire repairs near my location and found the CK was only 6 minutes from my location so I called. The young man that answered said that he would be "In and out" but if I could get to him he would wait for me. I have "run flat tires" on my Cooper and I was able to make to his location. He jacked my car up, switched out my tire and had me back on the road in no time. I was prepared for an expensive bill seeing that it was a Sunday, an emergency, and I was from out of state. Nope, I won't say what I paid but I can tell you it was a 1/4 of what I expected. I'm sorry I did not get this gentleman's name but he was a god send. Thank you,Ray from NJ”
