“With all the negative reviews i was surprised to have a good experience. I visited this store on a Monday afternoon around 4pm and had quick service. I was greeted at the door and put on the wait list. My wait was roughly about 10 mins and once helped the rep had me in and out. I only came in to upgrade my internet router and i called customer service in advance so they had the router ready when i got there. I’m glad they open this location back up because it’s very convenient.”
“Had a fantastic experience at the T-Mobile store at Dakota Crossing in DC. Katie was absolutely wonderful. She was polite, knowledgeable, and actually held a real conversation. The wait time was less than 10 minutes and the process of adding a 2nd line took less than 40 minutes. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a cellular phone rep. Definitely check them out and ask for Katie!”

“Came here after receiving terrible service at the Dakota Crossing T-Mobile. When I arrived here, I was instantly greeted. Although it was quite busy, they seemed to have a handle on all the people and their needs. The experience store was nice and had an NFL game on. I only waited about 15mins, and Maurice helped me upgrade my phone. Asked me questions to understand my needs, made suggestions, and made sure I was overall knowledgeable about what and why I should purchase things! He was great, the store was great, experience was great! Overall great experience and this will be the main store I go to!”

“Two different days with two different customer service. Went in to Tmobile on Sunday, 4/21/24; though they were almost closing, I did not get welcomed. And what they told me could not be done I was able to do today. Thanks to Jonathan and Naziah. These two employees are the most customer friendly, and most knowledgeable I have ever met. Though Naziah was hungry and needed a break, she stood with me all the time. I had to keep telling her to go eat while transferring information one phone to the other. Please make sure you keep these two employees. They are rare comodities. It was a joy being at Tmobile today.”

“My Comcast tech today was the best Comcast tech that has ever done work for me. Mr. Arthur S. I have never had a tech take his time and show and explain to me the equipment and product like he did. Mr Arthur was very detail and extremely friendly. He did an installation at my house today. He took his time doing the work, didn’t rush and made everything he did look neat. He even went above and beyond. I have a wasp and bee problem on my house and he took the time to spray the wasp and seal the holes they created. If I could give more stars on this review I would. This definitely proves that there are people that still give excellent customer service along with their work. Thank you Mr. Arthur S for a job well done. Comcast is lucky to have an amazing employee like you.”
