“There has been a significant change at the TMobile store in New Carrollton since Merlyn joined the team. he went above what he had to do to help me through a transfer that could have easily turned into a huge nightmare. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much more manageable.
Also my representative, Henry, was a big help as well. He helped me from the initial transfer all the way through the process. He is a great rep and i recommend to ask for him if you want a honest down to earth rep when you come in. He checked in on me throughout the day, even while assisting other customers, and made sure everything was moving in the right direction. Thats the guy to ask for.
Torian however is the veteran at this store and keeps everything together on the low. He stayed with me until everything was completely resolved and never made me feel rushed. He's knowledgeable, patient, professional, and I truly believe he is management material. T mobile would benefit by giving him a shot to run a store. Anyways thank you, Merlyn, Henry, and Torian, for your time and help and turning a frustrating experience into a manageable one.”

“My mom and I visited this location as she needed a new remote control. We were greeted immediately by Jorge, who attempted to find a replacement. He couldn't, as her equipment was outdated. After a short wait, we were then assisted by Prince. Prince took the time to explain the updated equipment and how to connect everything. He then took the time to help my mom setup her online account. The entire customer experience was excellent from beginning to end!”

“My Comcast tech today was the best Comcast tech that has ever done work for me. Mr. Arthur S. I have never had a tech take his time and show and explain to me the equipment and product like he did. Mr Arthur was very detail and extremely friendly. He did an installation at my house today. He took his time doing the work, didn’t rush and made everything he did look neat. He even went above and beyond. I have a wasp and bee problem on my house and he took the time to spray the wasp and seal the holes they created. If I could give more stars on this review I would. This definitely proves that there are people that still give excellent customer service along with their work. Thank you Mr. Arthur S for a job well done. Comcast is lucky to have an amazing employee like you.”

“After 18 years with Verizon, we were finally over paying so much money for so little satisfaction. I’m happy we visited this location today to switch carriers. Cesar attended to us and for two hours, he patiently navigated us through the process of transferring 5 lines of service. I was most impressed by his attention to detail. We didn’t have to repeat any information and he expertly answered every concern we had. The manager, Sultan, was just as attentive. While there, we watched him check in with every staff member to make sure all transactions were running smoothly. That’s how you manage a team! I was so pleased with this top tier customer service, I switched my home internet to T-Mobile too. The icing on the cake was getting better cellular & internet plans for far less than what we’ve been paying with Verizon. Overall, we had the best experience today and thank Sultan and his team for outstanding customer service.”
