Customer service can be outstanding, with staff assisting to find the best shoe. However, checkout waits can sometimes be long despite multiple staff members. DSW has such a variety of shoes. I found crocs for my husband and I in the men's section of the store. I especially like the men's shoes because they are usually wider.

I was struggling to find a decent pair of shoes but was able to finally find one here. Sadly, I then had to wait nearly as long before there was a free register despite having multiple staff members who didn't seem to be doing much.
