“I was very pleased and happy with the customer service I have received a few days ago from the experience here at Kay Jewelers. Natalie, she was an exceptional employee and does her job very well. She was very informative and helpful as well as kind to help me look and see jewelry to my liking. I will definitely come back here after my experience here. Amazing store!”

“Candace did an excellent job helping me with my odd requesting of fixing some earrings that arrived broken from a different vendor. And now they look how they should have arrived in the first place thanks to them! I will certainly be returning to keep any of my other jewelry wearable.”
“I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and every visit is like a 1st time of excitement! So many beautiful crystals and other things. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful!”

“I would give this business 100 stars if I could!!!! My favorite necklace became a tangled mess while traveling and I was so sure it was a lost cause. I stopped in on a whim after being turned away from two other places that said they couldn’t fix it. Well the employees at this shop fixed it in 15 minutes and wouldn’t let me pay a dollar! They were all so kind and a great reminder that the world is full of good people.
I could tell by the way they interacted with their other customers that they truly care about what they do and the people they help. I’ve already told my friends and family about my wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. Thank you guys so much again!!”
