“Nobody asked but I’m compelled to give a big shout-out to my propane company, H.J.Poist. Super friendly and not in that “I’ve gotta be because we have a business that can’t afford bad reviews” way. Genuinely personable, friendly, and wanting happy customers who know they’ll be treated right. I’ve tried multiple propane companies and Poist is the only one not trying to rip off people. They just provide service. Even the company that used to deliver my heating oil didn’t value my business as much as Poist does, and Poist only does propane. As one quick example, Greg, today’s delivery guy, was super respectful and careful when I pointed out birds had nested under the tank cover. We made sure they were safe, quickly filled the tank, and left them alone. Greg was super gracious about it all. I recommend Poist without reservation. GWP”
