“Best Storage Facility in Laurel hands down. I went to Public Storage and it was an absolute nightmare (DO NOT GO THERE). SO HAPPY I FOUND LAUREL SELF STORAGE. They are up front, honest and to the point. Their storage units are clean and SAFE!! They are also easy to get in and out of. I had the pleasure of working with Rozanne, she is a breath of fresh air! “Shoutout to our local community heroes! Talk about an icon when it comes to reliable sources whenever you have any moving needs. It's been the same all my life. They have everything needed: blankets, boxes, dolly's, tape, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, straps, locks, paper to use for dishes, fragiles, etc. All sizes of vehicles for any need. We really needed over the four weekend and it was just what our budget could afford. We had ramp to use right to our front porch for easier loading and unloading. The model of our vehicle had room for three people, which added extra convenience to have enough people to help move. It's an easy process, but bless these employees, because some customers are grumpy, rushing, and demanding. So don't be that person, make nice, act like what you want to be treated. Appreciate the staff that are trying to help you help yourself. This crew is nice”
