Outstanding! I went for an unscheduled pre-check and Jerome checked my F150 and Jerome spent time using the system ensuring it would pull a Dolly with a Corolla on it and how it all worked. He put a quote in the system for me and they'll ensure everything is setup on their lot before I take off for the west coast.

Hostile. Curt and rude. Woman at counter ignores me for 7 minutes and then tells coworker that I seem IMPATIENT so he should serve me...ghetto mumbling speech... Am blk too but this is unprofessional. First and last time am using this place. If you want to be spoken to properly..avoid this joint..

Great service always there to help every time I move. I use them every time since 2012 . But I don't like the fact that they can charge you for after hour returns
