Terrible customer service made a reservation kept putting the wrong name for paperwork charge me then canceled everything when i kept telling him it was wrong do not rent with them at all.

The representative ( older woman) was very rude and unhelpful. The vehicle was dirty and had an odor. The vehicle was also given to me 1/8 tank of gas. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I called this U-Haul to see if they had available trucks before I arrived the attended advised that they did. I showed up 15min later only for her to tell me that they had no trucks available and I see 4 trucks sitting outside. What a waste of time.
