“I have been coming to the for a few months now. I first came to them right after my son died to get a car to attend his funeral. The person that worked with me was very patient and kind and understood my situation offered his condolences. The only complaint that I have is there sometimes the wait time is can be long. But all in all, I would highly recommend them and we’ll continue to use them.”
“As a New Yorker who got her driver’s license late, I also got a car late… LOL. Let’s not judge! 😂 Because of that, I’ve had to rent cars pretty frequently, and let me tell you about THE Trichina Haynes!
Now, the issues I experienced had absolutely nothing to do with her. My card was either locked or wasn’t activated for swiping, which caused it to keep declining. But Trichina’s level of patience and professionalism was IMMACULATE!
First of all, it was Thanksgiving! She could have easily canceled my reservation and given the car to someone else after my card continued to decline. I was frustrated because I had literally just used that same card to Uber to the rental location. 😩
It took almost two hours and multiple phone calls before I finally received an email confirming the issue with my card. Through all of that, Trichina remained patient, understanding, and professional. She never once gave my car away. Every single time there was an issue, she worked with me and found a way to help.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate being treated with patience and respect, especially when I was already frustrated.
I will always come back whenever I need a rental. And knowing Trichina is there makes me feel confident that I’ll receive amazing service every time.

“Quick and easy check out and return. Prices and availability were good and comparable. The only thing that took me aback was that the minivan was not cleaned on the outside or vacuumed on the inside but otherwise it was fine.”

“I had an excellent experience with this Hertz location! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish. The manager and the young lady who assisted me went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer service made all the difference.
My only disappointment was the limited vehicle availability. As a Hertz President’s Circle Gold member who rents very frequently, I was hoping for a wider selection of vehicles to choose from. That said, the outstanding service from the team more than made up for it. They did everything they could to ensure I had a great experience, and I truly appreciated their efforts. I would gladly rent from this location again and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service.”
