“Great staff. Another hardworking location. Lots of car turnover. Unfortunately for me, I ended up with a car that smelled like fish. Now, when I got it, the guy had just finished cleaning inside. Seat was still a little damp. But when the temp turned to 101, it began to smell. They were nice about it. Next Car is easy to reserve a car. No problems picking up or dropping off. Easy to extend your rental time with just a call.”

“I've always have a good experience at the Laurel location. The lovely lady who runs that location is the best. If they don't have the vehicle I asked for, I'll get an upgrade for free. Only down side is they don't have the night drop off.”

“Great experience, no problems at all. The Tesla Model 3 I rented came with all the appropriate adapters and was the nicest driving experience I've ever had.Automatic supercharger billing was very convenient and charging at home worked great too, given enough time.The only strange thing is that I wasn't able to book this reservation directly through Hertz's own website, while I could through a third party. This was no problem for me but should really be fixed for the benefit of other customers. On the Hertz website it always tells me no cars are available at this location, which is incorrect. The website overall is also quite buggy.”

“Visiting from out of town and my first Zipcar experience in DC area. The instructions to find the car are pretty detailed. App makes it very easy to make reservations. I did have trouble booking a one way trip so ended doing a round trip instead. I also couldn't figure out how to give the car to valet since I had to lock it. Other than that, it was convenient, easy and gave me a car for a half day to run errands. Very helpful to have in the city”
