When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“Brought in my 2001 AP1 to due to an engine knock. Ben diagnosed it as a spun bearing and recommended a rebuild. The repairs were thorough and the cost was reasonable. If you need major work on a Honda, Ben and his team are some of the best. I can't recommend them enough.”

“Winkler provides EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST service! It was the ONLY place that ACCURATELY diagnosed and fixed the issues causing my check-engine light to be on and my car to flunk DC inspection. Three other highly rated shops charged me diagnostic fees; one claimed to have fixed the problem (it had not) and the others gave me long lists of supposedly “urgent” repairs that would have cost megabucks and, as it turns out, would NOT have addressed any of the actual problems. Luckily, I called Winkler. Jeff, Winkler’s manager, was incredibly professional, patient and helpful. He immediately questioned the pricey fixes the other shops had pushed and assured me Winkler would get to the bottom of and repair whatever was going on. And it did! As promised, Jeff and his team thoroughly inspected my 2008 Honda Element, found the real culprits (missed by every other shop), repaired everything for a very reasonable price and kept in touch with me every step of the way (so there were no surprise costs at all). The result? My car sailed through inspection and runs better than it has in years. The bottom line: Winkler is the ONLY place that took the time to truly solve the problem, and it did so with integrity, expertise and fairness. I HIGHLY recommend It for outstanding quality, honesty, fair pricing, and professionalism. Winkler is the only place I’ll take my cars from now on!”
“Mark and the team there were SUPER helpful. I stopped in just before 8 pm because a tire I had just replaced somewhere else was having an issue. They fixed it up quickly and also addressed a brake light issue for me, which another mechanic had said would cost me hundreds of dollars to fix! It turned out to be a much simpler fix and they saved me a ton of time and money. Professional, kind, and would highly recommend. Will be bringing my car back here for service for sure.”
“I’ve always had my oil change done at this auto shop, where I was previously charged $75. However, when I went in today, they informed me that the price for my car is $84 and that they had been charging me incorrectly. They also changed my tires but didn’t advise me to get the alignment until I was already at the payment stage and when I inquired about the alignment cost, they quoted me $130. Yet, they have a sign that says “the oil change with alignment is $129.99.” I pointed this out to them and explained that I should only be charged $55 for the alignment, not $130, since I had already gotten my oil change and even purchased the tires from them. The customer service representative then said I would be charged $60—$55 for the alignment and an additional $5 because of the oil change discount she gave me. I’m so glad I saw the sign and avoided the extra $70 they were trying to charge me.”

“As some people have mentioned parking here is a nightmare, but these guys get the job done. Friendly, competent and, most important, honest! They told me the problem in my car was fuel pump, and that the warranty should cover that, instead of just replacing it and charging me a fortune. They did the diagnostic and didn't change anything. I called OG Automotive asking for a same-day state inspection, and despite them being busy, they were able to accommodate me for the following day for my state inspection. Upon arrival, I talked to the friendly receptionist and the inspection was done <1 hour.
Unfortunately, it did not pass because of a wheel bearing issue, but I spoke with the owner and they were able to fix it (at a very reasonable rate for this area), and same-day right before my MVA titling appointment.”

Communication is also a huge thing when my car is getting worked on. I can drop my car off and get a call the same day about what it needs, what’s causing the problem, and the timeframe they can do it in. They answer all my questions and put me at ease. These guys know what’s up. I made the switch a year ago and now some of my family has too, and all agree that this is a top tier automotive shop. “I went to ATCO tire for the first time last week, Hoping they would give me an estimate on my 21 year-old RAV4, which needed some serious work. They took me in right away and in 24 hours were able to give me an honest assessment of what it would take to fix the car. Given the car’s age they recommended finding someone who could well together the parts of the exhaust system that were falling apart rather than paying for the whole Kit N Caboodle, which would be very expensive. They didn’t charge me a penny, and I appreciated their service and honesty. I will definitely go back there not just for tires for other repairs as well. Thank you, ATCO!”
