“R W Trailer Parts is an absolute standout. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency here is difficult to match.
Josh, in particular, is exceptionally knowledgeable. Whether it’s a nut, bolt, pin, trailer component, or tracking down something in their inventory, he knows exactly what he’s talking about. There’s a noticeable difference between someone who simply sells parts and someone who genuinely understands the equipment, and Josh clearly falls into the latter category.
Christina is fantastic at the front desk—professional, personable, and absolutely gorgeous. She represents the business extremely well, and I genuinely couldn’t imagine anyone better being the first person customers interact with. If she ever leaves, I may have to reconsider coming here lol.
The entire staff is excellent. Their advertising is great, their inventory is impressive, and their prices are beyond fair for the knowledge, speed, and convenience they provide. If someone thinks the pricing here is unreasonable, they may need to reevaluate their budget rather than the store.
