“Because I could not fully extend my knee prior to my knee replacement and 2 months after. I had a surgical manipulation under sedation and started wearing the Dynasplint daily for a total of 2 hours each day. I started at level 3.The past couple of weeks I have been doing 45 minutes/day at level 9. This splint made such a difference. I am biking 20 miles each ride and rode 60 miles in 4 days. Just found follow the directions!”
“It’s so nice being able to call a pharmacy and have a live person immediately answer the phone. Great customer service and helpful friendly staff who go above and beyond. I just needed to pickup a prescription there and had three sleeping kids in the car. The pharmacist ran out the prescription to me so I didn’t need to wake everyone up and carry them inside. I am not a customer of the company at this time, but needed CPAP advice since I split my time between Maryland and Georgia. Based on her advice, she unselfishly recommended that I go with a company that had presence in both states in case I had a problem and needed immediate help. That is the epitome of good customer service. So while I will go with a national company for the device and initial fitting, you can rest assured that I will use Bay State Medical in any way I can and that’s because of Katie Getty.”

“Truecare pharmacy is a lifesaver. I have been dealing with Cvs and their mess for many many years. I got tired of them and decided to try Truecare pharmacy and she has treated me like gold. I needed my medication‘s on an emergency basis, and she was able to order my medicines, she is very professional and kind and treats her patience with dignity and respect. She provides one on one time with the customer and is very friendly. You will never get that with CVS or Walgreens or any of those big corporate pharmacies.”

“lazarus ukwuoma , if you had great service and was fast then why 1 Star???? Anyway my story goes like this, I tried several pharmacies up there while I was staying at my sister's house because she lives there and no one would fill my prescriptions, so when I finally landed at Woodmore he was so nice to me and did not look at me crooked and made me feel at ease and did not treat me like a criminal for having a pn. script and DiD not make me feel like I was just another druggie,, like every pharmacy I went to in Dundalk and Pikesville-- I meen come on what in the hell is wrong in the entire area up there??? Well just like that he was thorough woth my info and filled my prescriptions very quickly as usual... I went there a couple more times but I haven't been up there in a while, I'd very much really recommend this place. Oh, and five stars it has from me. don't mean to start a debate, I know there are problems, but I have issues that do need to be met and I feel like everybody is trying to take my right away to be the best I can be as I can! There are people trying to take that away and I feel like if you trying to take it away why is this stuff on the shelves????? It's bad enough when sometimes my family has to see me not at my best, but if they were to have to see me in bed 24 hours a day crying complaining depression then maybe major depression, severe depression I've been through it for over a year once, I don't want to tell people what I was thinking, those are my thoughts, but I will tell you this I will only hope and pray as I do every day that this series of things that has happened to me does not happen to you, and then you turn out to not have any help that is definitely necessary either.
