“Quick in and out just dropping off returns. Both employees were already helping customers when I walked in, but I was still greeted and told they would be with me shortly. Even as Abby was helping a gentleman, she apologized for the wait, not that she needed to. I was the only other person in line and had only been there a minute or two. I appreciated her attention and awareness of other customers, though. The other employee was helping a lady who seemed a little confused about her sending options, and Abby was able to give her input to help while still working with her own customer. When it was my turn at the register, she again apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. Which, again, it was not a long wait at all. My drop off was a very quick and smooth interaction. Abby was polite and respectful, and it is employees like her that keep me always going back to this UPS location whenever it is an option.”
“Carolyn was amazing. My girlfriend had never mailed anything before and had an emergency shipment containing her sons PS5 controller, which broke 5 days before the warranty expired.. Needless to say she was a bit anxious, but Carolyn’s calm demeanor kept us afloat. Exceptional service!”

“Just had a miscommunication with orders between two stores (had to have my order sent from Glen Burnie to Severna due to an equipment breakdown) and instead of sending me back to Glen Burnie for my remaining order, John the manager at Severna went above and beyond and took care of it for me so I could get back to my work instead of driving an extra 30 min. Not all heroes wear capes!!”
“This is my go-to UPS Store in Baltimore. It’s located in the Rotunda, where I go for physical therapy, do banking, buy groceries and pick up desserts. On top of location, however, the associates at the store are always helpful and informative. The wait times are usually very short.”

“Current: I've received nothing but excellent service from the gentlemen (and, recently, Laila) who work at the Odenton UPS Store. In fact, I bypass another location and drive well out of my way to get there. As a long-time customer, it is a pleasure to know that my UPS-related needs are addressed well and consistently here.
Previous: I patronize the Odenton UPS location, as the customer service is consistently excellent. Today, I had an Amazon return that was in an awkward, heavy-ish box, and Sariyu not only volunteered to pull it out of the backseat but carried it in herself with no problem! I appreciate going to a business where I can be certain that my requests will be handled in a helpful, efficient, and friendly manner. Will return again and recommend to anyone.”

“I love the cube. The concept, Black girl magic, childcare, and location are great. I wish there were more kids/ more awareness of the childcare option and more general members there daily. The event space is flexible and great for different kinds of events. The conference rooms and outdoor space are cute and great options for meetings. I do wish the conference rooms or unoccupied offices were available for use when not booked to make calls or take quick virtual meetings to not disturb others. Overall I recommend it.”

“I've come here a few times to get things printed for special occasions. They are always quick with getting the order ready for me, call me to tell me when it's ready, and things are always accurate. The last time I came in, there was some mix up between how I ordered something and what instructions came to the team. Luis, the team member helping me, went the extra mile to immediately fix it. He checked with me at multiple stages to make sure each item was on the type of paper I wanted and at the size and quantity that I'd intended. I appreciate that consideration and commitment to making the customer happy!”

“There is a guy here named Ryan I think, who has been here a long time. He is the nicest most accommodating employee. I hope he is the manager because I feel like he sets the tone for how friendly the staff is here. I live right next to a local UPS store but I drive an additional 10minutes to this location often because of Ryan and team. Everyone is friendly and hustling with urgency to get people take care of. The local UPS by my home are rude and act like each customer is a nuisance so it’s worth the drive for me to this location to have a friendly atmosphere with Ryan and the Severna Park team. “It's not the same as a regular FedEx drop ship location. They will take your package ? but they can't look up anything. The gender fluid haired employee was less than helpful. But my packagea arrived two days earlier than expected. So that's a good thing.”
