“I ordered a piping kit from Maryland Performance on December 7th as a Christmas gift for my son. I noticed the listing said 4 day shipping so I assumed the product would have arrived within the week, in plenty of time to be a Christmas gift. After not receiving it a week or so later, I contacted these guys and asked if it had been shipped yet. I was told piping kits usually take 3 weeks to even get out of their warehouse but they thought I should receive it before Christmas. A couple days later, I still had not received shipping notification so I contacted them again. They said I had paid for 4 day shipping and I should receive it on Saturday December 23rd. I was nervous because UPS is always busy around the holidays and I was afraid it would be late and miss Christmas. I asked how much it would cost to expedite shipping at this point. They gave me a couple of expedited options that were no less than $250 extra. We couldn't afford that so I had to risk the holiday shipping chaos and hope it would arrive on time. Later that afternoon I got a shipping confirmation email that noted that it was now shipping at 3 day express. I wasn't in sure if the guys at Maryland performance upgraded my shipping as a courtesy or what happened but it was delivered December 22nd. Right after it was delivered, I got a call from Maryland performance making sure I received it and he told me that since he promised I would get it by Christmas, he expedited the shipping to ensure it would be here for Christmas. I am beyond grateful for the guys at Maryland Performance. They were so very friendly and have the absolute best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.
