“Nice hotel, The hotel looks old, but it’s stylish and well maintained. Hotel area clean, great service and cozy rooms. Close to the airport with good shuttle service. I’d say it’s the best value in the area.”
“I always stay at this hotel when visiting my work. It's generally always a good experience.
I do miss the chef that used to be in the restaurant ? I don't think he's there anymore.
If I had any complaints it was that the ice machine was gone on my floor and I had to go track one down.
Check your receipt to when you park because sometimes their automated system gets screwed up and you may be double charged.”

“I mean I hope you set your expectations correctly here. A government owned hotel. I was impressed with the room, had everything I needed, however didn't seem the cleanest overall.
Service was 10/10 at night, morning service was....physically there but not the most helpful at all. Probably 6/10 in the morning just not really engaging with my questions and getting distracted on their phone while I was standing there.”

“Manager Ann was wonderful to work with! Our birthday celebration was a huge success thanks to her and the team. The customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to accommodate a guest with special needs, which meant so much to us.
I highly recommend AMF Southwest Lanes in Linthicum, MD, for birthday parties or anyone looking for a fun activity. Thank you, Ann, and the entire AMF Southwest Lanes team, for making our celebration so special!”
