“New to Maryland and looking for a new jeweler, I decided to chose a jeweler close to my home. It's small on the outside and free parking well that's a plus for that area. Once inside I was taken back at the selection, but I was there for jewelry repair and a feel for the service . I was not told my rings prongs needed to be retapped which I had suggested and would have gladly paid , he also repaired my coin bezel, again he said "no charge, we didn't do much " to me that was I needed to hear !! No upselling or unnecessary repairs .. this is my go to jeweler..”
“Love, love, love, love Versona! I never thought any retailer would be able to take the place of Charming Charlie (previous tenant) but Versona has done that and then some! Versona is a woman's clothing, accessory and boutique jewelry store located in the Bowie Town Center. Similar to Charming Charlie, Versona offers trendy jewelry, accessories, shoes and clothing items that swap out every week! Every time I visit, the shop looks different - I have no idea how the staff get it done, but I appreciate the fresh, seasonally themed looks from week-to-week! Versona also features a number of products on their online store, which you can get shipped for FREE here, every time!Staff are always pleasant, and they accept all forms of payment (Apple Pay, credit/debit/cash). I've gotten several compliments on my jewelry from here, so it's safe to say this spot is one of my favorites! Hope Versona is here to stay for the long haul!”
