He and his team arrived on time both days, and were polite, professional, and handled our stuff with great care. So, I called to get pricing and see what sizes were available.Tyniece answered when I called and not only was she super helpful with all my questions, concerns and crazy antics, she was also extremely patient.She went above and beyond to hold the unit requested, offered me numerous options for when and how to come get set up with the storage facility, and she did it all with a smile.We ended up going with another company due to a super low rate and deal only available online (not the fault of this company)A huge thank you to Tyniece and the individuals of Potomac Self Storage for being so amazing.Keep up the good work”

“Yes once again I stopped in that store here to make my payment and lesson Park and Nicole waited on me very polite very helpful and it's always there to help me with my every needs I do not mind paying a late fee but I do not like Marcy at the main number telling me I'm late in the 1st of every month Marcy needs to get a life and get another job because she does not know what customer service means she doesn't understand by us paying these storage sheds is also helping to pay her rent we were helping her pay her bills okay please don't ever get rid of Nicole she's the best of the best she's very professional and very polite to me every time I come in the office thank you for having an employee like Nicole have a great day”
