They had me order my motorized retractable mirrors directly from the source, allowing me to save any markup cost. They ordered my airbags to enable me to qualify for a rebate. The installations were completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back when additional work is needed.”

Ryan promised me my out-of-pocket hatchback hole fill and paint repair would be flawless and explained the full repair plan in advance to me in detail. I'm amazed how exceptional the repair on my nearly new Honda turned out. I made the mistake of using a super popular well-known body/paint shop in Greencastle, PA for a front bumper cover deer strike fix. The work and attention to detail was horrible. Even after rework, the areas that should've been fine line precision taped look terrible. RNR is your place - trust them to do better than ANYONE in this area. If you're being steered by your insurance company to their preferred shop like Caliber (Trash) Collision, ask yourself why. Where your insurance company wants you to go is good for them - not you.
