“Busy location with a hardworking staff. I scheduled a covid vax but since the CVS app didn't offer a choice (moderna or pfizer), I cancelled the visit when just one was offered. The pharmacist was polite and professional the entire time when the pharmacy was quite busy.”

“I contacted MedStar St. Mary's after my 70+ year old Dad told me about his experience during an MRI while admitted for pneumonia. I submitted feedback on 2 Nov 23 here: On 9 Nov I received a call from Mr. Mike Hanbury, Director of Imaging at St. Mary's Hospital. He was very concerned about the feedback I had provided and assured me that he had met with the MRI technicians to discuss my feedback and the potential safety issues encountered. Mr. Hanbury was very understanding and took the feedback very seriously. It speaks volumes that the hospital staff are very interested, take action to address your concerns, and to give you a call to let you now that they have done so. While it is understandable that there may be things that don't go perfectly with a patient, it is important that customers/patients/caregivers provide an institution with objective feedback so that they are aware. I sincerely appreciate Mr. Hanbury's and St. Mary's Hospital's concern regarding the whole situation.”

I have changed pharmacies 6 times in ten years because of the lack of willingness to help our family make our transactions painless. I can say that i have no problem here so far. Im new to this area and hope the service will continue to be the best . I have had some situations come up that needed good customer service skills. “Walgreens is always open during their business hours regardless of staffing. I've ordered online and never had a problem. I don't understand why people give such a low rating. Customer service has always been great. I think some customers just like to complain and are impatient. Especially with pharmacy. Most customers don't understand how a pharmacy works.”
