“Nothing but positive things to say about Gary and his team. These guys treated me fairly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else I didn’t need. I’ve been in to have work done 3 times over the past few months and each time it went well. All work was done when promised and at the original estimate. They quick to get you in, quick to diagnose and quick to get you out.
After my first experience I knew these guys were cool. The first time I took it in was right after I arrived in Md. I was hearing a loud clanking noise underneath and wasn’t sure what it was. Gary told me bring it in next morning and they would check it out. I did and the mechanic looked it over. He tightened up something that was loose and said you good to go. Gary didn’t even charge me. Who does that anymore? This issue cost them a little time and money but they helped me out in a pinch and I appreciated it.
Needless to say I had no reserves about bringing it back to them for my other two issues. I just don’t let anyone work on my old Lexus but they earned my trust. They are my first go to now.”

“I am totally impressed with the help on phone making appt with Kaitlyn and the honesty of the mechanic Steve. Got an oil change at dealer as I always do and got tires rotated, they came back and told me I needed 2 front rotors and new pads, they were in the red and rear pads were in yellow and gave me a price of 1259.00. I know they are higher and I called around. One no return call/email and then called White Marsh PepBoys and Kaitlyn help me and said even had a coupon for $100 off. Made appt, took off work early went there and the mechanic Steve came back and said nothing wrong with my brakes or pads- had plenty of pad left. Well they now have my business and I will be getting my oil changes there too- my dealership lost my business of 2 new vehicles since 2019. Thank you PepBoys for your honesty. It went far with me.”
