This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. The team was incredible knowledgeable and patient.”

You’ll have the worked inspected on the location, the worked fixed on location, the car cleaned after it’s done at that location. They also test drive the car to make sure there are no problems. Unlike other places that have To be inspected at one place, shipped to another location to get fixed then brought back to the original location to be inspected . Caliber collision and Essex one place does everything perfect”

You can barely see the chip anymore. Everyone was nice, quick service, would recommend. I was going through insurance but for some reason I think I selected I wanted an extra add on service during my appointment so I was going to have to pay $45. “If you are reading this and you go here for work on your car after your tripping they ruined the electrical on my brand new car all I had was routine tune up I had no problems with the car before. Then they told me to get it towed there and the would fix it then tried to charge me another 300 dollars .. so that’s about 600 plus 300 in tows to fix something that had no problem before I can here , I have proof I was here twice even though the second time they refused to give me paperwork. And no the problem never got fixed. Had to go to another mechanic and they told me I got scammed”
