“I only didn't love it because of huge line . I stood for a full hour to pay but then it was close to Christmas so that was kind of expected. I love the prices and stuff they got . Nice people working there( just maybe not enuf of them)”

Owner had the same enthusiasm to find me the right outfit even though it was time to close up the store for the day! And the alterations were done same day!

“I haven't been to Macy's in years because shopping just wasn't my thing for awhile but needed a nice dress for my Granddaughters wedding so where do you go Macy's. I was so pleased with what I bought. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed being there. Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice. The old Macy's consept was not working for me some of the staff were snobby and these people were the total opposite. Loved the invierment and people. Thank you for a great shopping experience!!!!”

Unfortunately I'm a little colorblind. I asked the cashier if the outfit I bought matched she no not really. Then she offered to help me out. I wish I had gotten her name. She was very sweet and friendly.

“My experience at Spencers, inside the White Marsh Mall is always very nice and pleasant. The store manager and staff are always very warm, and welcoming as soon as I come into the store. They're always asking if you need help with anything while shopping. Recently I had a little concern or issue with my purchase and refund/exchange but the store manager went above and beyond to explain to me my charges when I thought I was being overcharged. She was so patient and understanding when assisting me. She never once got mad or thought that I was irrational and even sympathized with me. I love this Spencers store and will always be their number one customer especially because they have the best graphic tees, dope BOGO sales and the best adult naughty products as well. ?”

“It was okay, very small selection of clothing just due to store size but I found something that would work for what I needed. The help is kind of scarce which has nothing to do with the help and more about corporations. But there was a woman wandering around in there, a very young woman, walking up to people and offering to pray for them. She should have been stopped. I informed her I was a very happy atheist and not currently having a super being tell me to kill other people in their name.”

“I have no business in a mall. Seriously I don't. I'm trying to cut back; however, in an effort to help out le boo, I found myself there. Anywho, I came in through the food court. The tables were spread out for the purpose of social distancing. It wasn't too crowded, and all of the people were wearing masks. I noticed that some of the open stores had capacity limits to ensure safety of others. Additionally, I noticed that some of the stores had barriers between staff and customers in the check out areas. Even if I don't think I need to be shopping, it isn't too bad at White Marsh.”
“As I was disappointed that I drove down to the store after getting an email saying my order was ready. The order was intact not ready but I talk to the sweetest girl Jamie. She was able to order my jeans and get them shipped to my home after doing everything in her power to even locate my order. She offered everything possible to resolve my issue. “Forever 21 has truly improved over the years. A lot more options, the store isn't super crowded with racks clothes, and they have great sales. I have a medium size/curvy body and I'm super happy they have clothes to accommodate me, especially jeans! Jeans are buy one get another paid 50% off so you know I had to rack up. I found some cute tops and finished my shopping trip with some accessories. So glad they had enough staff to accommodate the dressing room and move the lines right along.”
